It’s important that you meet the following requirements as a logistics employee:

• you are available full-time
• you are available to work in a three-shift schedule
• you have experience driving a forklift or reach truck
• you are willing to work in Meppel
• you have your own transportation to get to work
• you have a good command of the English or Dutch language

You’ll work with modern equipment in a dynamic setting, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.

• transporting goods from point A to B using a forklift
• picking or placing orders in the racks
• checking and inspecting goods

Scania is a large international company that supplies trucks, buses, engines and services in more than 100 countries. In Meppel, logistics is very important. Here we make sure that the right parts are ready in the right order. We send these to factories in Zwolle, Angers and Södertälje, where the trucks are built.

• you’ll work in a three-shift rotation:
• the morning shift starts at 06:00 and ends at 14:18
• the evening shift runs from 14:18 to 22:36 (except on Friday, when it ends at 23:00)
• the night shift runs from 22:36 to 06:00 (except on Sunday night, when it starts at 22:00)
