Allocator Nike Stores

As an Allocator, you ensure Nike wins with the consumer: your decisions guarantee the right merchandise
assortment is available at the right time, in the right stores, in the right volume. Being an Allocator for the Nike
Stores, you will join our strong retail team at our European Head Office based in Hilversum and look after our
most premium retail doors across the European Market.

It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week till the end of November 2025. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

You need to have the following functional competencies:

Analytics: A blend of analytical skills are required, being able to leverage data to develop plans anddrive better decisions.
Planning: You are already aware that retail is a detailed and fast changing environment, and we ask our Allocation Team to be on top of their Business, planning their In-Season and identifying their risks and opportunities and presenting strong action plans to our Stakeholders.
Consumer focus: Understand consumer needs & marketplace from available data and is able to linkplan with market trends. Awareness of product portfolio and strategy, including expectations aroundconsumer response, growth opportunities and product life
Team: Strong team player with a positive attitude who helps train and develop peers. Able tocollaborate and communicate effectively with upstream & downstream functions. Proactivelyapproach self-development seeking and acting on feedback from peers & leaders;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Merchandising or Buying;
• Strong retail mindset, preferably in corporate environment in the Fashion or Sports industry.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to engage effectively with abroad range of audiences including business leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Commercial & Entrepreneurial mind- and skillset, ability to negotiate and trade pre- and in-season;
• You will be able to demonstrate a self-starter mentality and be eager to drive and own end to end communication with results driven, forward thinking and proficient information seeking skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to network, utilize internal and external resources, deliver commitments, and to meet timelines;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Experience in Tableau, Power BI, SQL and similar is a plus.

As an Allocator you will:

• Capture market and store trends and work closely with the Merchandising and Assortment Planningteams to drive a compelling assortment to our retail doors in order to maximize sales;
• Analyze sales and inventory information to forecast future sales to optimize the replenishment process;
• Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders on pre-season and in-season risks & opportunities;
• Allocate within the constraints of maximum target capacities; allow smooth transitioning betweencampaigns, flows and seasons;
• Create ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive allocation decisions and educate stakeholders on currentstock position, risks and opportunities;
• Colaborate in your in-season trade meetings. Be a trusted business partner in highlighting risks and opportunities in supplier to delivery impactful actions with your squad partners.
• Responsible for quarterly set up and presentation of Seasonal Kick Off;
• Lead your own projects, collaborating cross-functionally and sharing expectations, timelines and findings.

You will work closely in squads with the assortment planning and merchandising teams for Nike Direct Stores. You will also collaborate with MSC & strategic partners within EHQ and store teams.

Colleagues from all over the world and located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes and running tracks. Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
