- You speak English or Dutch
- You want to work in fulltime dayshift from 8.00 till 17.00
- You don't mind starting at 6.00 or working on Saturday sometimes
- You are able to stand on your feet all day
At Stichd, there are many different departments. When you would like to do lighter work, you could work at the sticker and orderpicking department.
In the sticker department, you stand at a table with 4 colleagues. Together you stick the right stickers on the right products. The stickers tells, for example, the size or color of the garment. It is light work, but you have to be precise and be able to stand on your feet all day long!
As an order picker, you collect the right products for orders. Stichd has two different orderpicking departments: a manual and a automated one. When you start working as an orderpicker at Stichd, you will work at both departments. In the manual part, a hand scanner tells you which products you have to collect. You walk through the shelves to find all the right ones. Again, this is not heavy work, but you do a lot of walking!
At the automated orderpicking area, the products come to you via the conveyor belt and a computer tells you how many pieces you have to pick. This saves a lot of walking. However, you have to be able to work accurately and to stand on your feet all day long!
In general, you will be classified in a fixed department. Sometimes, when it very busy, they can also ask you to help out at another department. This is always with similar work, so no heavy lifting or working with EPT for you!
