You are an analytical thinker with a strong affinity for data, forecasting, and business processes. You enjoy working in dynamic environments and are always looking for ways to improve systems, streamline workflows, and add value. With a collaborative mindset, you feel confident building relationships across departments and translating data into actionable insights.
- Have strong digital and data affinity; technical curiosity is a must.
- Possess a mix of analytical thinking and creative business problem-solving.
- Are familiar with tools like PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Have basic knowledge of databases and preferably some programming or scripting experience.
- Are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
As Forecast Excellence Officer, you are responsible for the full-term volume demand forecast for Benelux across categories. Your forecasting horizon spans 18 months, with a main focus on the 2–6 month period. You translate sales and marketing inputs, along with market intelligence, into robust volume forecasts that feed directly into Unilever’s supply chain operations.
- Drive the demand volume forecast process in the S&OP cycle.
- Create and maintain accurate base and promotional forecasts.
- Build and optimize predictive models to support business planning.
- Use scripting and automation to improve forecasting efficiency and reduce manual work.
You will be part of Unilever’s dynamic forecasting team within the Benelux region. Working closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management, you will operate at the intersection of data, business strategy, and operational excellence.
