Who are we looking for:

  • It is a big pré if you already have experience working for Nike;
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required (administrative assistant, team assistant, management assistent or office manager);
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence with sometimes varying working hours;
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and in a professional manner;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and organizing calendar events that involve senior leaders with very tight schedules and handling the appropriate level of urgency;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated ability to learn new tools including Slack, Work Vivo and more;
  • Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail;
  • Able to work flexible working hours if needed and the ability to travel for offsites and meetings.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will support several Senior Directors within the Marketing Team.

Below you will find more of your tasks:

  • Complex calender management;
  • Booking travel;
  • Coordinating and arrange meetings and organize events;
  • Prepare and submit expense reports;
  • Updating organizational charts;
  • In case needed: coordinating department and/or equipment moves;
  • You will work with different kind of personalities as you will be supporting multiple senior directors, who will all have their own management style.
