As a warehouse worker, you must meet the following requirements:
- you are at least 16 years old
- you are available in the summer weeks 29 to 35
- you would like to work two weeks or more
- you would like to work 3 days or more per week
- you are physically fit to perform warehouse work
- you speak the Dutch, English or Ukrainian language
You start the day together with your colleagues and walk to the department where you will be working that day. Your team leader gives a short briefing: what's on the schedule today?
🔥 Order picking? You dive into the warehouse with your order list and scour for the right books.
📦 Scan & Pack? You make sure orders are scanned and prepared for shipping.
📚 LTU? Here you sort books and make sure everything ends up neatly in the right place.
Whatever you do, you're nice and active, you almost don't have to go to the gym! 😏
🔄 Working in shifts:
From week 28 to week 35, you will work in shifts. One week you will start early and be off in the afternoon, the other week you will have a chill morning and work in the afternoon. This leaves you plenty of time to enjoy your summer! 🌞🎉 Do you like it? Apply now! 🚀
The times are as follows:
Morning: 07:00 - 14:45
Afternoon: 15:00 - 22:45
*Please note that in week 28 you will work in day shift and from week 29 onwards in shift work
Salaries per age (per 01-07):
16 years = €8.74
17 years = €8.74
18 years = €9.25
19 years = €10.28
20 years = €12.10
21+ years = €15.12
At VanDijk you will work in the warehouse of one of the largest suppliers of school books in the Netherlands. From Kampen all packages of books are sent to high school students throughout the country.
During breaks you can relax on the spacious outdoor terrace or enjoy a fresh sandwich in the cozy canteen. No transportation? No problem! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. Extra fun: you meet lots of new people and make new contacts quickly!
