Customer Service Representative Supply Chain

You will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a team. You will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns and you will process complex orders from customers. Problem solving is a quality of you! The workplace is Schiphol and the job is fulltime. You will work for the Feed team.

Are you a positive, open minded, positive person, and do you have a self-starting mentality? Are you a real relationship builder and do you pay great attention to details? We are looking for a teamplayer with excellent communication skills. Excel doesn't have secrets for you. Experience in customer service logistics is a preference.

• Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience
• Excellent communication in English
• Hands-on mentality and used to work in a rapid changing environment
• Thinking in solutions
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

As Customer Service Representative your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs and expectations. From our head office at Schiphol you handle flows to customers. The customer service responsibilities start with the receipt of our customer demand. You will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns. You are able to analyze infromation and advise for improvements in the process.

• maintaining relationships and systems that meets customers demand
• informing customers about the order status, invoices and contract balances
• execute customers service strategies
• provide support to improvement projects
• you handle basic issues and problems under supervision
