Nike Stores Partnered Operations Senior Manager

We are looking for a NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) Operations Senior Manager to join Nike! Are you an experienced retail operations manager and looking for a new challenge? This is your chance!

It is a temporary role till the 13th of February 2026 for 40 hours a week.

What we are looking for:

• Stakeholder & PM – Ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and partners;
• Financial Acumen – Strong grasp of trade terms, P&L management, and discounting impacts on profitability;
• Project Management – Experience leading cross-functional projects and ensuring seamless execution;
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to analyze complex operational challenges and develop scalable solutions;
• You have a minimum 6+ years in a similar role.

You play a strategic role in ensuring operational excellence across Nike Stores Partnered. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire fleet management, trade terms governance, discount strategy and tracking and operational efficiency for both day-to-day business and strategic projects. The position serves as a key driver in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with Nike’s operational standards, and enabling Nike’s partners to deliver premium consumer experiences while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.

What you will do:
NSP Fleet Management
• Oversee the lifecycle management of the Nike Stores Partnered fleet, including openings, closures, remodels, and relocations.
• Provide a report out thru reviewing the Fleet based on productivity, profitability.
• Responsible for NSP Store Approval Meetings (SAM)
Trade Terms & Discount management
• Define and manage trade terms, ensuring alignment with Nike’s commercial strategy and Partners’ agreements
• Oversee discounting frameworks and approval processes, tracking conditional discount performances, ensuring financial sustainability while protecting Nike’s brand equity.
Operational Excellence
• Drive best-in-class retail operations across NSP, aligning with Nike Direct standards
• Lead operational projects that enhance partner capabilities, including systems, processes, and in-store execution
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on operational risks, opportunities, and efficiencies.

• Define with Partner Management a clear and actionable fleet management roadmap;
• Key decision-maker in fleet-related operational strategies (expansion, closures, remodelles);
• Responsible for approving/adjusting discounting frameworks in collaboration with finance;
• Drive regular performance reports and operational insights for leadership.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
