The Global Process Delivery Professional I role is responsible for executing core HR work
fundamental to the Global Process Delivery function including monitoring tasks and tickets
in Workday and ServiceNow. In addition, the GPD Professional I role understands the
employee lifecycle and up and downstream system impacts and data dependencies.
The EMEA GPD team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events
and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This includes but is not limited
to new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, leaves
of absences, employee changes, organization transformations, manager changes,
employee data completeness as legally required and needed for all downstream systems
including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits. This includes monitoring their EMEA
GPD ServiceNow queue and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met. The near-term focus of
this professional will be on Leaves Administration for several countries in EMEA.
What you will do:
- You will monitor and manage HR tasks and cases in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure timely and accurate resolution of core Global Process Delivery work;
- Examples are personal data changes, one-time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, VOE Support, termination process, administering leaves, benefit transactions;
- Maintain accurate and complete employee data to meet local requirements and ensure data quality for downstream systems including Payroll, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits;
- Deliver service excellence to employees and HR stakeholders by responding professional, accurate and timely manner to all requests concerning Leave Programs;
- Most of your time (90%) is spent in completing ServiceNow tickets and Workday tasks;
- Owning GPD Production Plan audits follow up including identifying data errors and finding solutions in a timely manner;
- You will perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Workday, Time Track, etc);
- You may work on team projects as needed, such as Year End, Org transformations, Store closures.
This role is part of the Nike People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams and
works collaboratively across other HR teams, groups and functions to ensure smooth
delivery of HR procedures and policies. This includes working across other teams like
compensation operations, Tier 1, payroll, benefits operations and others. This role also
requires country expertise in unique legal requirements and builds processes to ensure
local compliance with all laws and regulations.
