Lead Financial Planning Margin Management

We’re looking for a Lead, EMEA Finance Margin Management, with deep expertise in FP&A, margin management and financial close, forecast and long term cycles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Performance Management. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week, till the end of April 2026.

In this role, you will play a critical role in leading EMEA margin management planning processes, integrating Nike Direct, NMP, consumer and supply chain Plans. In this role, your knowledge of margin management will be highly valued.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting;
• Advanced knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Revenue & Margin Management, Financial modelling and profit analysis;
• Previous experience in Financial Planning and Finance transformation is highly valued;
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives;
• Proven track record to operate succesfully in ambiguous situations and drive clarity while leading multiple competing priorities;
• Experience with S4 Hana and Anaplan is highly valued.

You will be responsible for in season and long term margin financial plans. You will be a key partner in helping drive x-functional alignment and supporting business leaders assessing risks & opportunities across EMEA portfolio.

What you will do:

• Lead & Drive the Financial Planning processes In-Year and Long term across Consumer and Marketplace in partnership with DSM, ELC and Controlling;
• Highlight R&O across the portfolio build scenarios to deliver the financial forecast in alignment with key stakeholders;
• Lead finance transformation for margin management including
• Anaplan, SEC and First costs;
• Leads FP&A deliverables for month close, CFO reviews and monthly/quarterly reviews;
• Actively interpret financial results, use trends and macro insights to support key planning assumptions with meaningful guidances.

This role reports to Finance Director, Margin management. You will be partnering with financial planning teams (Consumer, Nike direct, marketplace, supply chain), controlling and global revenues and margin team.
