You are a results-driven procurement professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. With at least three years of experience in procurement or supply chain—preferably in the FMCG sector—you bring both strategic and hands-on capabilities. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a talent for building relationships, managing complexity, and driving continuous improvement.

• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, including 1+ years in FMCG
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in cost modeling, financial analysis, and contract management
• Excellent command of English (a second European language is a plus)
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, with a digital-savvy mindset

In this role, you will manage the sourcing of finished goods and services across the Home Care CM portfolio for Europe. You’ll lead key negotiations, oversee supplier performance, and ensure procurement delivers cost savings and value to the business. From price forecasting to sustainability initiatives, your impact will be felt across the supply chain.

• Lead and implement procurement strategies to deliver cost savings and value
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and innovation projects
• Conduct price forecasting, cost benchmarking, and financial analysis
• Support contract creation, compliance, and negotiation processes
• Drive digital procurement tools and automation for improved efficiency

You’ll be part of the HC Europe Procurement team within Unilever, one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. This role is positioned at the heart of our Home Care business, working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams across Europe. You will be empowered to make decisions, influence suppliers, and shape the future of procurement in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
