We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Automotive Technical Claims Handler. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of recent car mechanics and electronics.
- Experience in a customer-focused role. Claims handling experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
As a Automotive Technical Claims Handler, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing the entire claims process, from initial receipt to final resolution. You’ll be:
- Assessing the technical aspects of warranty claims (parts, labor, sublet).
- Correcting errors and activating service product contracts within the central warranty system.
- Participating in regular meetings concerning rejected, returned claims, and special requests.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including the Toyota warranty department.
- Providing technical clarifications to the team and contributing to manufacturer warranty campaigns.
