Assembly Worker Truck Factory

You are crazy about cars, automotive, technical things, or you always wanted to start in a technical company, working on a beautiful end product.

• You have experience in production, assembly or warehousing;
• You are able to do physical work while standing up;
• You understand and speak the English or Dutch language well;
• You can work in two shifts (07:00 - 15:30 -and 15:30 - 0:00)

In the truck factory you will work on an automatically moving assembly line. A truck chassis is changed into a complete truck. You will work in a team of about 15 colleagues. Every team is responsible for adding, assembling, fitting of different parts to the chassis and truck. You assemble for instance the engine into the chassis, the tires to the truck, or the cabin to the chassis. The work is done in a high pace environment. You will use different tools and machines to do your work.

The DAF terrain is really big, and is right outside of the city centre of Eindhoven. The production facility is about 900.000 m2. In total there are more than 8000 employees within DAF. DAF's latest generation of trucks has been awarded with ''International Truck of the Year 2022''
