We are seeking a driven individual with previous experience in a similar role to join us as a Warehouse Team Lead. In this position, you will work alongside the team lead and together, you will be accountable for supervising a team of 30 to 80 warehouse employees. Key qualifications include:
- 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a pré;
- Responsible, proactive, independent and dedicated;
- Proficiency in systems and processes.
as a warehouse team lead, you report to the Operations Manager Logistics, who grants you considerable autonomy in carrying out your tasks. Therefore, we seek someone who values this independence and, along with other team leads, feels accountable for smoothly managing the daily operations of our distribution center.
Your mission is:
- Leading operations effectively by guiding and supporting the team;
- Planning and organizing tasks efficiently;
- Keeping track of processes and finding ways to improve them;
- Attending internal meetings as required;
- Collaborating effectively with different departments within the organization.
