As a production worker, you are the backbone of our operational force. You are a driven team player with a keen eye for detail. Your dedication to efficiency and quality ensures that our products meet the highest standards. You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and precision are essential. Your inquisitive attitude and focus on hygiene make you an indispensable link in our production process. You also meet the following requirements:
- it is not a problem for you to work in a cold environment
- you speak the Dutch and/or English language
- you have your own transport to Plukon
At Plukon in Blokker, we work with chicken. From here the chicken products are transported to the many customers around the country. As a production worker your tasks are to check, sort, package and label the outgoing products. You ensure that the process runs smoothly and if you do your work very well, then you will be able to grow further within Plukon! At Plukon you work in 2 shifts. It is important that you can work both shifts. The day shift is from 07:00 - 16:30. And the other shift is from 16:30 - 01:30. You will of course receive a raise for working in both shifts.
Exciting New Onboarding Program at Plukon!
Starting mid-June, Plukon is launching a dynamic onboarding program. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
Program Overview:
- First Three Weeks: Get a personal mentor to help you master eight essential tasks.
- Progress Check: Perform at least five tasks by the end of three weeks to move forward. Your progress will be reviewed by the team leader.
- Three Months: Become proficient in all eight tasks.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Quality: Standard of your work.
- Efficiency: Speed of task completion.
- Attitude & Behavior: Including dress code and hygiene.
