As a Human Resources Manager at the Venray Distribution Center, you will align people strategy with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to implement effective HR solutions, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Your role includes supporting employee relations, workforce planning, organizational changes, and liaising with labor authorities and employee representatives.
In this role, you will:
· Partner with business leaders to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including performance, development, and organizational changes.
· Drive a proactive approach to employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
· Act as a key point of contact for complex employee relations issues and lead fair and thorough investigations.
· Collaborate with the HR Global Business Services team to ensure timely and accurate updates related to local HR processes, policies, and legal changes.
· Provide coaching to managers on career development, performance improvement, and team engagement.
· Support the implementation of organizational design changes and succession plans.
· Manage relationships with temporary staffing partners and oversee the effectiveness of temporary labor processes.
· Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and develop targeted action plans in collaboration with HR colleagues.
· Represent the company with local labor authorities and participate in engagements with the Workers Council.
· Oversee and contribute to initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
· May lead a small team (up to 1 direct report).
· University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· HR certification preferred.
· Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR role, with strong exposure to employee relations, labor law, and organizational development.
· Proven ability to navigate complex HR situations and partner with senior leadership.

As Manager Learning and Development, you will lead the development and implementation of training strategies at the Herbalife Venray warehouse facility, ensuring alignment with global L&D practices.
You’ll collaborate with all departments on site to create effective and practical training solutions that support employee onboarding, skills development, and operational excellence.
Working closely with Operations, Global Training teams and other departments in Venray, you'll ensure all training is well-documented and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
In partnership with the Director, Global Training and Onboarding, you'll contribute to broader learning initiatives and help drive the Venray Strategic Workforce Planning agenda.
You will also manage internal and external training resources and explore funding opportunities to support development programs.
You also explore opportunities to work together with universities in the region. This can be related to (interim) assignments or other collaborations with the universities.
In this role, you will:
· Partner with the Talent Management team to implement global L&D initiatives locally, ensuring alignment with business needs.
· Deliver and continuously improve onboarding programs for all Venray employees, including agency and temporary workers.
· Lead the design and maintenance of structured onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.
· Support department leaders in keeping training up to date and maintaining accurate training records.
· Apply a variety of learning methods, including classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job coaching.
· Collaborate with external partners, training providers and educational institutions, including coordination of internships and municipal-funded programs.
· Support individual development planning (IDPs) and contribute to talent reviews and succession planning.
· Track and report on training metrics and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
· Manage training budgets and oversee all external vendor activities related to training.
· Handle general L&D administration and perform additional HR-related tasks as needed.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or HR roles.
· Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning programs and e-learning solutions.
· Strong knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, CMS) and instructional design.
· Experience applying adult learning principles and training best practices.
Languages:
· Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
Technical skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose action plans.
