You are someone who loves bringing order to chaos. For you, administration isn't just a task; it’s a craft. You understand that not everyone is as organized as you are, and you support crew members through paperwork with empathy and a smile.

  • You have an MBO+ or HBO level of education
  • You have approximately 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role
  • You are fluent in English (Dutch is not required for this role)
  • You are proactive and persistent: you chase documents from agents and crew until everything is settled
  • You are a team player who reaches out to colleagues in time and enjoys a challenge

As a Crewing Coordinator / Project Administrator, you are the linchpin for a major offshore project in Guyana. This summer, a fleet of five vessels will execute an FPSO hook-up.

Your mission? Ensuring that approximately 200 to 250 crew members board at the right time with the correct documentation.

  • You coordinate the full immigration process, including visas and work permits
  • You collect and verify essential documents such as passports, medical checks, and training certificates
  • You upload required data into the agent's immigration portal and maintain client logistic systems
  • You communicate with local agents and authorities to ensure all requirements are met
  • You prepare crew changes and provide detailed travel instructions to all members
  • You report on progress and identify potential bottlenecks to the Project Manager

You will join a world-renowned maritime service provider based in Papendrecht. You will be part of the Marine Services Team within the Offshore division. The atmosphere is professional, down-to-earth, and results-oriented. You'll work in a supportive team where you contribute to a high-end technical project on the other side of the world.
