Om succesvol aan de slag te kunnen als montagemedewerker, werk je nauwkeurig. Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt goed samenwerken in een team. Een proactieve instelling is belangrijk, evenals een positieve houding en de bereidheid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt, maar een sterke werkethiek en enthousiasme zijn het belangrijkst.

The main responsibility is to manage the warehouse partner production fulfillment from
inbound to outbound, including:
- Making forecast plans with related departments and get aligned with LSP on the resource plan.
- Cooperate with LSP to manage the whole order fulfillment process, manage risks and problems, provide solutions.
- Review demands and manage forecast release to warehouse operation partner for resource preparation. Cooperate with factory and logistic to arrange smooth production/shipment plans.

Logistics Specialist (warehouse operation) English and Chinese Mandarin

- Bachelor degree in Economics/Logistics or Supply Chain and a minimum of three years of relevant experiences in warehouse management; electronics manufacturing related factory or warehouse operational experience is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of WMS systems, Lean Warehouse operation, Continuous Improvement, Project management is advantage. Good communication skills, written/verbal in English and Chinese Mandarin (proficient).
Monitoring and coordinating the suppliers’ warehouse operation and responsible for the warehouse operation performance and team (receiving raw material, storage, pick & pack and finished goods operation). Monitoring the warehouse team to follow the work instructions and SOP (received materials, supplies of production lines, data maintenance and shipping goods), executing the operation audit as agreed frequency. Monitoring the suppliers’ daily cycle count, organizing the quarterly and yearly stocktaking, analyzing the discrepancy, root cause and creating action measures. Managing and controlling the warehousing related cost, continuous improvement of the warehouse layout and processes.
- Monitoring the transactions; keeping the system inventory data consistent. Routinely reviewing and updating the SOP to meet company requirement.
- Coordinating Suppliers’ participation in the improvement projects, triggered by headquarter or European Supply Center. Arrange raw materials transport between factories, coordinating with the timeslot and trucks.
