For our site in Papendrecht, we are looking for a Safety Advisor with the specialism in environmental compliance to strengthen our HSE team. 

At our Papendrecht Campus we have three business lines, each of them have their own risks and challenges. As a compliance specialist, you have the task to advise your colleagues. It is your responsibility to review and analyze applicable law and regulations and to make sure that we meet the criteria now and in the future. The focus will be on water, air, soil, energy consumption and waste. You are able to find the right balance in solutions and you have a clear communication style, which helps us to be and stay compliant and also to reach our defines goals.

What you will do

• Policy formulation and organization
• developing and formulating the company's HSE policy in a team context
• implementing and securing the policy after approval
• following (international) laws and regulations with regard to the work area and advising the organization
• translating laws and regulations into internal procedures and guidelines and implementing these procedures

Environmental 

• performing (having performed) emission measurements and reports in a timely manner
• advising on other Environmental and Sustainability aspects
• coordinating and organizing actions in accordance with the HSE annual plan
• organizing, performing, recording and following up on audits with regard to operating conditions
• ensuring that all relevant information is registered and recorded in the data systems intended for this purpose conducting incident investigations and analyzing and handling incidents
• acting as a contact person and source of information for the internal organization and third parties  with regard to the field

• Periodically reporting to management regarding progress, prevention, incidents, project results, any deviations and causes
• Drawing up required (government) reports for external parties

HBO-Bachelor level. Preferably “Chemische Technologie” and/or “Milieukunde”

Knowledge of legislation and regulations

Strong in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Shape Safety Strategy

·       Co-develop and implement HSE policies across one business line, called aerostructures

·       Translate legislation into practical internal guidelines

·       Monitor legal compliance and provide expert advice

Assess & Improve Working Conditions

·       Conduct exposure assessments (chemicals, noise, vibrations)

·       Evaluate ergonomic risks and support diverse employee needs

·       Lead incident investigations and recommend preventive actions

Drive Action & Awareness

·       Plan and execute annual HSE activities (RI&E, audits, monitoring, PMO / PAGO)

·       Keep accurate safety data records and follow up on findings

·       Act as the go-to expert for internal teams and external regulators

Inform & Influence

·       Deliver regular updates to leadership on risks, trends, and progress

What you'll bring:

·       HBO-Bachelor level.

·       Minimal completion MVK (Middelbare Veiligheidskunde). IVK (Integrale Veiligheidskunde) or HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde - NEBOSH) is an advantage.

·       General knowledge of occupational hygiene. Prepared to obtain a degree in Occupational Hygiene.

·       Legislation and regulations, in particular the Working Conditions Act.

Als ervaren TIG- en MIG-lasser (niveau 3/4) met een specialisme in fotolassen en NDO, ben je de vakman die wij zoeken voor deze uitdagende rol. Je beschikt over een indrukwekkend portfolio aan certificeringen, waaronder stuiklas en ISO ASME, waardoor je moeiteloos aan de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden voldoet. Met jouw oog voor detail en groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel lever je altijd nauwkeurig werk af, waarbij je helder communiceert in het Nederlands of Engels om de projecten tot een succes te maken.

• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met fotolassen en NDO.
• Je bent TIG- én MIG-gecertificeerd niveau 3/4.
• Je bent in het bezit van een stuiklascertificaat.
• Je beschikt over een ISO ASME certificaat.

Je gaat als lasser verschillende typen flowmeters op een efficiënte manier samenstellen en lassen.

• Je voert de werkzaamheden uit volgens tekening.
• Je controleert de documenten op volledigheid.
• Je stelt constructies samen en houdt daarbij rekening met optredende krimp.
• Je houdt de voorraad van standaardonderdelen bij en signaleert dreigende tekorten.
• Je verzorgt de noodzakelijke registraties die voortkomen uit de werkzaamheden.

KROHNE is een wereldwijd toonaangevende producent van meettechnologie. De flowmeters worden in verschillende industrieën gebruikt om te meten hoeveel vloeistof er door een leiding beweegt. Deze flowmeters variëren in diameter van enkele millimeters tot wel drie meter! Op een rondleiding door de productiehallen laten we je dit graag zien.

• Als lasser krijg je bij ons een goed all-in maandsalaris. Dit is inclusief een pensioencompensatie en een gratificatiebonus (eindejaarsuitkering) van 6,5%.
• Je begint als lasser met een halfjaar contract.
• Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
