What You’ll Be Doing:

Shape Safety Strategy

·       Co-develop and implement HSE policies across one business line, called aerostructures

·       Translate legislation into practical internal guidelines

·       Monitor legal compliance and provide expert advice

Assess & Improve Working Conditions

·       Conduct exposure assessments (chemicals, noise, vibrations)

·       Evaluate ergonomic risks and support diverse employee needs

·       Lead incident investigations and recommend preventive actions

Drive Action & Awareness

·       Plan and execute annual HSE activities (RI&E, audits, monitoring, PMO / PAGO)

·       Keep accurate safety data records and follow up on findings

·       Act as the go-to expert for internal teams and external regulators

Inform & Influence

·       Deliver regular updates to leadership on risks, trends, and progress

·       Prepare government reports and ensure transparent communication

Functie-eisen

What you'll bring:

·       HBO-Bachelor level.

·       Minimal completion MVK (Middelbare Veiligheidskunde). IVK (Integrale Veiligheidskunde) or HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde - NEBOSH) is an advantage.

·       General knowledge of occupational hygiene. Prepared to obtain a degree in Occupational Hygiene.

·       Legislation and regulations, in particular the Working Conditions Act.

·       Organizational policy about HSE.

·       Strong in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

·       Business processes, the associated (employee) risks, and mitigations.

·       Procedures, company rules, and personnel safety regulations insofar as they apply to the position.

Om de productie bij KROHNE in Dordrecht draaiende te houden, is het belangrijk dat je als assemblagemedewerker aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je bent 18 jaar of ouder;
• Je spreekt de Nederlandse taal;
• Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of aantoonbare technische ervaring;
• Je kunt fulltime werken in een 2 ploegendienst;
• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer;

• Je bent fysiek in staat om items tot 25 kilo te tillen.

Als assemblagemedewerker PFA voer je diverse montagewerkzaamheden uit en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de assemblage van cruciale delen van meetinstrumenten. Je werkt op een afdeling waar ovens staan, wat betekent dat je met hogere temperaturen te maken krijgt. Vanwege het gewicht van de onderdelen is het essentieel dat je fysiek sterk bent. Tot je taken behoort het klaarmaken van buizen: deze moeten gespoeld worden, door het ovenproces gaan en vervolgens startklaar worden gemaakt voor de volgende afdeling.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de assemblage van diverse delen van meetinstrumenten;
• Je behandelt buizen, waaronder spoelen, het ovenproces en het verzendklaar maken voor de volgende afdeling;
• Je werkt op een afdeling met ovens, waardoor je te maken krijgt met hogere temperaturen.

To keep production running at KROHNE in Dordrecht, it's important that you, as an assembly worker, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have completed a technical training program or have demonstrable technical experience.
• You are able to work full-time in a 2-shift system.
• You have your own transportation.
• You are willing to work in Dordrecht.
• You are physically capable of lifting items up to 25 kilos.

As a PFA assembly worker, you'll perform various assembly tasks and be responsible for assembling crucial parts of measuring instruments. You'll work in a department with ovens, meaning you'll encounter higher temperatures. Due to the weight of the components, physical strength is essential. Your duties include preparing tubes: they must be rinsed, put through the oven process, and then prepared for the next department.

• You are responsible for assembling various parts of measuring instruments.
• You handle tubes, including coils, the furnace process, and preparing them for shipment to the next department.
• You work in a department with furnaces, which means you will encounter higher temperatures.
