Als klantenservice medewerker bij bol voldoe jij aan de volgende vereisten:

• Je beschikt over een opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau;
• Je kan minimaal 4 doordeweekse dagen werken op kantoortijden;
• Je bent beschikbaar op vrijdagen;
• Je bent minimaal 9 maanden beschikbaar;
• Je bent bereid om (na verloop van tijd hybride) te werken in Utrecht;
• Je bent in de eerste 3 weken vanaf de startdatum fulltime doordeweeks beschikbaar voor de training.

Als klantenservice medewerker op de Partner Service afdeling vorm jij de cruciale schakel tussen bol en onze partners. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en biedt ondersteuning bij diverse onderwerpen zoals e-commerce en facturatie via verschillende kanalen. Je denkt mee met de partner, geeft gericht advies en levert feedback die hen helpt succesvoller te worden. Samen met collega's van andere afdelingen werk je eraan om de partnerervaring te optimaliseren en elk contact positief af te ronden.

• Na het inwerktraject blijf je actief in gesprek over je persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zodat jij zelf richting geeft aan je groeipad;
• Een intensieve, op maat gemaakte onboarding van drie weken bereidt je volledig voor op je rol;
• Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt oplossingsgericht mee met partners en levert snelle, efficiënte en nauwkeurige service.

Als klantenservice medewerker sluit je je aan bij een sociaal en gedreven team van zo'n 120 mensen. Kenmerkend zijn de informele cultuur en de gezellige borrels die de week afsluiten. Je krijgt een vliegende start met een inwerkperiode van drie weken, waarin je alles leert over het bol-ecosysteem.
