Projectmedewerker Dordthuis

Waar kom je te werken?

Jij komt te werken in het team Projectsecretariaat van iPM (intergemeentelijk Project- & programmamanagement) van de gemeente Dordrecht. Met zo’n 150 collega’s verzorgen we het management-, advies en de ondersteuning van complexe en integrale projecten, vooral in het fysieke en economische domein. Wat ga je doen?

Je gaat aan de slag met het project Dordthuis. Het Dordthuis is een multifunctionele locatie waar maatschappelijke organisaties, inwoners en de gemeente elkaar ontmoeten. Vanuit het Dordthuis wordt gewerkt aan samenwerking, communicatie en betrokkenheid in en met de stad. Naar verwachting opent het Dordthuis medio 2026 haar deuren. Als projectmedewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen het projectteam. Je voorziet de projectmanager en het project van organisatorische, administratieve en secretariële ondersteuning. Met zowel signalerende als uitvoerende taken houd je toezicht op diverse beheeraspecten en bewaak je de voortgang. Je belangrijkste taken omvatten:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen;
• Je beheert de agenda van de projectmanager en denkt vooruit over wat er nodig is;
• Je zet acties en werkzaamheden uit de projectplanning én volgt actief op;
• Je beheer het projectdossier en zorgt dat alle informatie actueel en toegankelijk is;
• Je vervult een belangrijke rol in de projectfinanciën, o.a. aanmaken en registreren van de (financiële) verplichtingen, factuurafhandeling en aanverwante taken
• Je organiseren en bereid informatiemomenten voor van o.a. bewoners, bedrijven, e.d., je communiceert met betrokken partijen (mede) initiëren, relatienetwerk opbouwen en onderhouden;
• Je ontwikkelt en beheert communicatie-uitingen (Canva, SID, paginabeheer).
• Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het projectmanagement.

In this role within a world-class engine development center in Eindhoven, you act as the technical architect behind the next generation of powertrain solutions. You bridge the gap between high-end engine development and real-world production by orchestrating the data and logic required for global market release.

Depending on your specific project, your focus will be:

• Compliance & Homologation: Leading technical discussions on emissions to coordinate global certification and type-approval documentation.
• System Optimization: Designing and verifying control concepts using SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) to optimize engine performance and diagnostics.
• Integration: Developing and documenting requirements for critical sub-systems, including cooling, EGR, and OBD monitoring.

Functie-eisen

Education: An MSc or BSc degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, aftertreatment systems (SCR), and diagnostic calibration.

Tooling: Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ATI/INCA, and diagnostic data tools.

Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for working in this international environment

Primary Employment Conditions

• A salary commensurate with experience, based on a 40-hour work week.
• Holiday allowance of 8%.

Contract Form

• A fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension with Yacht.
• You will always receive 100% of your salary during the employment.

Secondary Employment Conditions

• A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly.
