Als Medior Inkoopspecialist bij de NEa sla jij de brug tussen complexe klimaatdoelen en een strakke inkoopuitvoering. In een dynamische transitiefase optimaliseer jij processen en borg je de continuïteit van cruciale inkoopopdrachten voor een duurzame toekomst.
* Je adviseert en begeleidt behoeftestellers bij complexe inkoopvraagstukken boven de €25.000,-.
* Je voert zelfstandig inkooptrajecten uit voor opdrachten onder de €25.000,-.
* Je speelt een actieve rol in de migratie van het inkoopcentrum IenW naar EZK en implementeert nieuwe processen.
* Je draagt jouw expertise over aan minder ervaren collega's om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
* Je vertaalt inkoopbehoeften naar concrete specificaties binnen de kaders van de Aanbestedingswet.
Jij bent succesvol als...
* Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een inkoop- of financiële richting.
* Je ten minste 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring hebt in een inkoopfunctie binnen de overheid.
* Je over diepgaande kennis beschikt van inkoopprocessen en de actuele Aanbestedingswet.
* Je de Nederlandse taal beheerst op minimaal B2-niveau.
* Klantgericht: Je luistert scherp naar de interne klant en vertaalt wensen feilloos naar inkooptechnische vereisten.
* Ontzorgend: Je neemt proactief werk uit handen en biedt oplossingen voordat problemen ontstaan.
* Gestructureerd: Je bewaart het overzicht in een drukke omgeving, bewaakt de voortgang en jaagt afspraken vriendelijk doch resoluut na.
