You will ensure a flawless Order-to-Cash process and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your Role as a Expert in Customer Service | Dutch | English:
- In this dynamic role, you will manage the commercial and logistical needs of your assigned customer cluster.
- You will evaluate and translate external customer requirements into internal requests, securing an uninterrupted Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
How you can be the impact:
- Additionally, you will participate in optimization projects and help drive our team's transformation agenda by leveraging modern tools.
- Proactive Supply Chain Management: Ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective customer service and complete OTC cycle management (including order handling, deliveries, complaints, forecasting, and cash generation) against agreed service levels.
- Process Gatekeeping: Execute and safeguard the Order-to-Cash work procedures for your area, coordinating closely with all internal and external parties involved.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle financial surcharges regarding additional logistical activities towards customers.
- Troubleshooting: Anticipate disturbances in your assigned area to maintain uninterrupted OTC/PTP processes. You will undertake ad hoc analyses and take the lead in problem-solving, maintaining a full strategic overview of the business.
- E-Commerce & Innovation: Roll out, implement, and maintain e-commerce functionality and integrity in close cooperation with customers.
- Future-Proof Efficiency: Drive process efficiency by actively utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to master and streamline the OTC process.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service or logistics (ambitious starters are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Practical knowledge of SAP is required, along with ability to perform Order-to-Cash tasks in a hectic environment

Primary Employment Benefits
- A good salary, dependent on knowledge and work experience.
- One-year contract with an option for extension, employed directly by SABIC after the firts year
- 1 x 13th month (paid periodically pro rata)
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
Secondary Employment Benefits
- Pension Plus scheme (from day 1).
- Net €750 to set up your home office.
- Travel allowance
Work remotely is possible: 2 days from home, 3 in the office (startup period fulltime in office)
