Als Financial Controller waarborg je een betrouwbare en gestroomlijnde financiële administratie. Je bent de spil in het financiële proces en zorgt voor tijdige, juiste en bruikbare managementinformatie. Je werkt nauw samen met én rapporteert aan de Manager Finance & Accounting. Daarnaast geef je sturing aan het administratieve team.

Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Afsluitingen & Rapportages: Je draagt de verantwoording voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, stelt de jaarrekening voor en begeleidt het auditproces.
• Inzicht & Analyse: Je stelt managementrapportages, budgetten en forecasts op, en vertaalt financiële data naar heldere analyses ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
• Beheer & Compliance: Je bewaakt het grootboek, controleert de inkoop- en leveranciersadministratie en ziet toe op correcte btw- en CBS-aangiften.
• Controle & Autorisatie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle en vrijgave van betaalruns, betalingen, loonheffingen en salarismutaties binnen de gestelde kaders.
• Procesoptimalisatie: Je signaleert actief verbetermogelijkheden in de administratieve processen, systemen en interne beheersing.

Functie-eisen

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol werk je uiterst nauwkeurig, ben je analytisch sterk en toon je ondernemerschap door kansen voor procesverbetering te grijpen.

• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Finance & Control of vergelijkbaar.
• Ruime, aantoonbare ervaring met financiële administratie, externe verslaggeving en interne beheersing (fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen).
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen; ervaring met Business Central is een pré.
• Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en power BI.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamplayer.
• Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.
