For a large-scale, global organizational transformation, we are looking for a proactive Interim Coordinator to join our team in the Netherlands.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide practical and operational support to the central communications team during a crucial phase of our organizational transformation. You are the linchpin in the execution: you plan, coordinate, and facilitate communication activities such as leadership sessions, live Teams events, and employee engagement moments.

Reporting to the central communications organization, you will ensure that all interaction moments run smoothly, on time, and according to our high-quality standards. This is the ideal position for a hands-on professional who loves "getting things done" in a sensitive change environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Event & Interaction Coordination: Organizing (virtual) meetings, from planning and invitations to moderation and follow-up in MS Teams.
  • Communication Plan Execution: Monitoring timelines and milestones of the transformation plan (including Works Council advice and social plans).
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between Communications, HR, and program teams; ensuring alignment on timing and expectations.
  • Content & Channel Management: Publishing posts on the intranet, managing Q&A lists, and ensuring all materials (slides, FAQs) are up to date.
  • Quality Control: Identifying operational risks and continuously improving the employee experience during communication moments.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in communications coordination, internal communications, or event management within a corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale live sessions in Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working within an international matrix organization is a requirement.
  • Experience with HR communications or large-scale change management/transformation programs.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salary: Up to a maximum of €6,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week (depending on knowledge and experience).
  • Availability: 32–40 hours per week.
  • Contract Duration: Project runs until November 1st.
  • Location: Office days on Monday and Tuesday in Veldhoven.
  • 10.66% Individual Choice Budget (IKB), including holiday allowance.
  • Up to 31 days of annual leave (based on a 40-hour work week).
