You are a WO Bachelor or Master student in Biotechnology or Bioscience. With an interest in AVA and Mycoplasma testing, you thrive in a high-stakes Quality Control environment where accuracy and compliance are paramount. - WO student in the fields of molecular biology, biotechnology, virology, microbiology, or related topics;
- You have experience in the lab, preferably in molecular biology (DNA and RNA);
- You have knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with sequencing data analysis tools (assembly, mapping, blast, database curation, etc.);
- Able to work independently and ask for help when needed;
- Good communication skills;
- High degree of accuracy and organization in the laboratory;
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
You will work on a project aiming at designing a new QC method to detect viral contamination in
the production process of biological medicines. This method is based on Next-Generation Sequencing
technology.
- Perform experiments in the laboratory;
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all experiment procedures, results and deviations;
- Analyze data and think of new experiments;
- Read scientific literature and gather information about different methods and results;
- Create training materials;
