who you are

As an operator at IndoNova, you are the ideal candidate if you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have at least one year of experience in production.
  • You are willing to work in 5 shifts.
  • You have a valid forklift certificate.
  • You have your own transportation to work in Spijk.
  • You speak English or Dutch.

what will you do

As a operator at IndoNova, you will have a lot of variety in your work. From sorting plastic bottles to transporting raw materials with the forklift. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.

You do this by taking the correct measurements, monitoring the process, and identifying bottlenecks in time. You will be involved in the supply of bottles and sorting them. You will make sure everything is clean and safe both inside and outside. You will work on all steps of the production process.

  • Working hours : 2 days from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., from 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. After that, you will be 4 days off. This means that you need to be able to work in the weekends.

where will you work

At IndoNova in Spijk, they process used plastic bottles. The bottles are the base material for making food packaging and plastic fibers. For example, fleece jackets, plant pots, and even headphones are made from the plastic bottles recycled by IndoNova! They not only contribute to the creation of new products. But IndoNova also helps improve the environment, and they are proud of that!
