As a process operator, you meet the following requirements:
- you have at least a completed MBO3 degree in engineering
- you have experience as an operator
- you are available to work in a 5-shift system
- you are at least 18 years old
- you have a car, or you live in Drachten
As a process operator at Philips, you are the indispensable link that keeps the high-tech production lines running. You operate various machines with ease. From the molding installation to the assembly line, you ensure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish. You are alert to deviations and intervene immediately in the event of malfunctions, whether that requires a smart computer-controlled adjustment or old-fashioned manual work.
In addition to monitoring the line and carrying out inspection rounds, you are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. This includes helping with the assembly or packaging of products. Adjusting and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibility. In short: a versatile role in which technology and action come together to guarantee the highest quality.
