Wij zoeken een Service Technician/ Engineer die verantwoordelijk is voor onderhoud, reparaties en storingen aan kranen in Nederland en de Benelux.

Als service engineer bezoek je klanten om monteurs als technisch specialist te ondersteunen of bezoek je projectlocaties bij acute storingen.

Storingen kunnen van mechanische, hydraulische of elektrotechnische aard zijn. Elke dag is anders. Afwisseling gegarandeerd!

Hiervoor dien je zelfstandig en stressbestendig te zijn.

Omdat communicatie verloopt met gebruikers, technici en contactpersonen op een hoger niveau bij de klant ben jij iemand die met een open houding makkelijk communiceert met derden. 

Functie-eisen

·       MBO-/HBO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek.

·       Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met zwaar materieel.

·       Kennis van hydrauliek, elektrotechniek en mechanica.

·       Bereidheid tot reizen binnen Nederland en incidenteel Europa (Benelux en Scandinavië).

·       Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels

·       In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

1. Technisch inzicht

Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, hydrauliek en mechanica. Je bent in staat om complexe technische storingen te analyseren en effectief op te lossen.

2. Probleemoplossend vermogen

Je stelt snel en accuraat diagnoses bij technische storingen. Je werkt methodisch en komt zelfstandig met oplossingen, ook in stressvolle of onverwachte situaties.

3. Zelfstandigheid

Je plant en organiseert je werk zelfstandig, waarbij je klantbezoeken en technische ondersteuning efficiënt uitvoert zonder constante begeleiding.

4. Stressbestendigheid

Je blijft kalm en effectief presteren onder druk, bijvoorbeeld bij acute storingen of op veeleisende projectlocaties.

6. Communicatieve vaardigheden

Je communiceert helder en open met klanten, collega’s en andere betrokkenen. Je kunt technische informatie begrijpelijk overbrengen.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• preparing packing materials: assembling cardboard boxes, labeling, arranging EPS boxes, and restocking materials
• handling incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for delivery (dry ice, ice pack, and room temperature shipments)
• sealing packages and ensuring packing lists are included
• managing disposal of waste and organizing warehouse materials
• maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• supporting any other warehouse-related duties as assigned by your supervisor
