As an interim professional at Randstad Professional, you will make a visible impact from day one on the digital channels of Philips. You are the strategic link that seamlessly connects UX design and text within this leading, international organization. Your mission is to ensure and optimize the consistency and usability of global OneSpace applications across Philips. Through your leadership and sharp pen, you transform fragmented content into a clear, powerful, and futureproof user experience.
Within the Service XD team at Philips, you take ownership of challenging change assignments and forward-thinking programs, such as Skylight Enterprise Fleet management and the new Notification & Action center. You develop the standards and guidelines for the Philips service domain and ensure that AI tools are effectively trained for quality control. In this role, you work closely with international Philips teams of designers, developers, and product management to make complex subject matter convincingly accessible.
Functie-eisen
To be eligible for this role, we are looking for a candidate who:
- holds a completed bachelor's degree in technology, communication, journalism, or marketing.
- has related experience with copywriting for UX and digital software applications.
- has experience writing in structured authoring tools and Figma.
- is skilled in deploying AI tools for content creation and audits.
- is fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- functions comfortably and independently within a fast-paced, international environment.
Competenties
You combine sharp strategic insight with a deep understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns. Your excellent communication skills enable you to connect and engage stakeholders and international teams at various levels within Philips. Furthermore, you act proactively, demonstrate natural leadership in multidisciplinary teams, and effortlessly maintain focus within the dynamic, high-tech setting of a global player.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Period: 1 August 2026 - 31 December 2026
- Hours: 40 per week
- Grade 60: € 4.750 - € 5.200 per month based on 40 hours per week
- Location: Preferably working from office (HTC-AMS) 3 days a week. More working from home is an option, but only after the start up period where attendance in the office is mandatory.
