Your responsibilities as CCM Specialist:
• Act as Key User for the CCS system and support local affiliates with technical questions.
• Translate complex sales contracts into precise system requirements and conditions.
• Verify active and passive settlements, including bonus invoices and dispute resolution.
• Monitor DSO metrics and establish a predictive pre-warning system to reduce late payments.
• Drive process optimization cycles in close cooperation with Key Account Management.

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or finance.
• You have at least three years of experience in Finance or Sales Support.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• You have proven experience working with SAP and Excel.
