As an experienced Site Supervisor International Projects, you take control of global data center projects. In this challenging and future-oriented role within energy infrastructure, you manage complex installations and work on an international scale on the latest technological energy challenges.
As a Site Supervisor International Projects, you will work within the Smart Infrastructure division. Your focus is entirely on the realization of multidisciplinary hyperscale data center projects on a global scale. Together with a project team consisting of engineering, purchasing, logistics, and project management, you ensure the realization of complex projects. Siemens Netherlands operates globally in this segment from the Center of Competence Datacenters in The Hague. You work closely together in a tight-knit team of about 30 direct colleagues, switching daily with customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
Your daily tasks:
• Overseeing all installation activities regarding low and medium voltage electricity distribution, smart grids, and energy automation systems.
• Coordinating contractors and subcontractors before and during the execution of the work.
• Assessing and managing risks and opportunities at the construction site on a financial, organizational, and contractual level.
• Ensuring strict compliance with guidelines, legislation, quality standards, and EHS safety regulations.
• Reporting and representing the location in decision-making committees towards management and the customer.

You are successful when...
• You hold a bachelor's or vocational degree in electrical engineering combined with extensive relevant work experience.
• You have a demonstrably successful track record as a supervisor within international, complex installation projects.
• You possess a valid EU passport, a driver's license, and a residential address in the Netherlands.
• You are willing to work abroad for extended periods following a rotation schedule of 3 weeks on, 1 week off.

Terms of Employment
• Salary: up to a maximum of 5000 gross per month, depending on your education and professional experience.
• Cost-of-living and overseas allowances for international site assignments.
• Fully covered travel arrangements, premium accommodation, and local transport while working abroad.

• 25 days of annual leave plus additional rostered days off (ADV) depending on your schedule.
