You are the architect of the planning strategy at FrieslandCampina. In an exciting transformation phase, you operate at the intersection of operations and strategy for the fresh and ambient portfolio. With your expertise, you navigate complex S&OP processes and forge strong alliances between commercial, manufacturing, and finance teams.
You make an impact by:
- Leading and coaching a team of 40 supply chain specialists across 5 locations.
- Managing the planning for 1,350 consumer products and 35 production sites.
- Driving digital transformation (Project Anura) to elevate planning maturity to a higher level.
- Providing strategic advice to executive-level stakeholders on network optimization and risk mitigation.
- Safeguarding the integral balance between service levels, inventory, and cost efficiency.
Functie-eisen
You are a decisive expert who effortlessly understands complex distribution networks and realizes progress. You're the ideal candidate for this interim position as a Manager Supply Planning if you possess the following:
- A completed degree at HBO or WO level.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within FMCG or the food industry.
- A proven track record in managing perishable goods and complex distribution networks.
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Dutch is a plus).
- Willingness to travel to locations in Belgium twice per month.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- A competitive salary between €6,500 and €7,400 gross per month based on 38 hours.
- A fixed term contract till 22-01-2027 for 38 hours a week (32 is also possible)
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours.
