You are the owner of the marketing communication strategy. From drafting data-driven plans to flawless execution, you ensure continuous improvement and results. You develop and manage vital assets such as catalogs and proposition decks and maintain SharePoint materials with precision. Additionally, you direct community initiatives and broadcasting events, creating engaging content, internal campaigns, and inspiring impact stories for an audience of more than 1,300 invitees.
Standing still is not an option; you embrace renewal by using AI and other modern technologies to automate marketing processes and take content creation to the next level. Thanks to your keen eye, you identify opportunities to constantly optimize communication effectiveness and operational efficiency within Philips.
Functie-eisen
- You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent.
- You have at minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. You have affinity with Healthcare and Technology.
- You have a passion for driving Marketing projects, with creativity and affinity for media tools, content creation and analytics
- You are skilled in community, change, and event management
- You have strong project management skills, with the ability to interdependently drive initiatives

- Salary: € 4.700 - € 5.508 per month (40 hours per week)
