Your responsibilities:
As part of Innovation Engineering, a community of approximately 1,300 colleagues dedicated to accelerating innovation across all Philips Business Units, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
Marketing communication strategy and execution
- Own the marketing communications strategy, plan, and execution and apply data-driven analysis to continuously improve
- Develop and maintain key marketing assets such as catalogs, proposition decks, and SharePoint materials
- Drive Innovation Engineering communication and broadcasting initiatives including Connects (1300+ invitees). Create engaging content creation, internal campaigns, and impact stories.
Innovation and continuous improvement
- Leverage new technologies, including AI, to enhance and automate marketing processes and content creation
- Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and operational efficiency
Functie-eisen
- You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent.
- You have at minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. You have affinity with Healthcare and Technology.
- You have a passion for driving Marketing projects, with creativity and affinity for media tools, content creation and analytics
- You are skilled in community, change, and event management
- You have strong project management skills, with the ability to interdependently drive initiatives
- You have a proactive, collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Period: 18th Mai 2026 - 17th Mai 2027
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: € 4.700 - € 5.508 per moth (40 hours (per week)
- Location: Eindhoven
