We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible team player who gets energy from working precisely. You have a positive mindset, are quality-oriented, and possess solid personal communication skills. You love to continuously learn new things, pick up software easily, and feel right at home in a professional environment where safety and high standards always come first.
As a production worker, you must meet the following requirements:

• You speak, read and write English or Dutch.
• You enjoy working with your hands and can do physical work.
• You are available to work full-time.
• You are available to work in morning and evening two shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
• You have a completed MBO-2 technical education or relevant work experience within a production environment.

As an entry-level production assistant, you will be the administrative backbone that ensures everything runs like clockwork. Under close supervision, you will complete routine tasks that directly support our production goals. You will closely follow established procedures to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and high quality of our pharmaceutical products and ingredients. It is a diverse role where you will learn the tricks of the trade and have plenty of room to grow!

You work in a cleanroom (GMP environment), so working cleanly and accurately is truly a second nature to you. We keep things moving with two shifts: from 07:00 – 15:30 and from 15:00 – 23:30. Curious about the details? Check below to see what an average workday looks like:

• Keeping documentation up to date and recording activities.
• Supporting operators in production activities.
• Preparing equipment and work areas.
• Managing and improving processes in the areas of safety, quality, sustainability, and cost savings.
• Delivering the required materials to the departments.

• You receive a shift allowance of 13.76% for working in two shifts. You also receive an 8% annual holiday allowance;
