As an Order picker at Logista, you must meet the following official requirements:

• You are available full-time for 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• You are open for occasional weekend shifts.
• You can work fixed day shifts in Lelystad (07:00–15:30, 08:00–16:30, or 10:00–18:30).
• You speak and understand English fluently.
• You are able to lift boxes up to 15 kg.
• You have your own transport (car, scooter, or bike) or reliable public transport to Lelystad.

Your day starts in a structured and friendly warehouse where great music is playing. Together with your team, you ensure that orders are picked and packed perfectly. Because you work with valuable products (including tobacco), safety rules and quick daily security checks are a normal part of your routine.

• Picking and packing orders accurately in a fast-moving environment;
• Handling and moving product boxes weighing up to 15 kg;
• Working safely according to the strict security guidelines;
• Ensuring a tidy workspace together with your team.
