Production worker

For this job, there are a few requirements you must meet:
- You speak very well English
- You are willing to work in Hapert
- You are available for 40 hours per week
- You are available Monday through Friday
- You are willing to work overtime
- You are available to occasionally work on Saturdays or Sundays
- You are able to stand all day
As a production worker, you will perform many different tasks. You will work in a team of 5 to 7 colleagues at a time, and together you are responsible for the results. During your onboarding and training period, you will work closely with your working foreman, who will explain all the tasks to you. You will be involved in the entire production process. This means your duties will include, among other things:
- Assembling products
- Packing / Packaging
- Injecting composite (preform)
- Bonding / Gluing composite
This high-tech company in De Kempen manufactures incredibly strong and lightweight components. Instead of metal, they use plastic reinforced with fiberglass or carbon fiber (composite). In the factory, they manufacture these products by injecting liquid plastic into a closed mold and bonding the parts together.
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer
- Training and development opportunities
- Saturday overtime surcharge: 46.6% until 2:00 PM, 63.8% after 2:00 PM
- Sunday overtime surcharge: 82.8%
