- You have a Higher Professional Education level of working and thinking (Bachelor level). Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a commercial environment gives you a great head start.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch (native level) and professional English.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have a commercial, result-driven mindset
- You are extremely customer-focused, think in solutions, and strengthen the performance of the entire team
As an Account Coordinator, you are the main contact for our customers in the Benelux region. You oversee the full inside sales and service process, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. In addition, you work closely with your colleagues in the Sales & Support (SAS) team and chip in to support other regions when needed.
- You maintain strong customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and conduct proactive sales campaigns and follow-up activities. You also prepare quotations and contracts.
- You handle the onboarding of new customers, keep customer data up-to-date, and support the proactive monitoring of customer balances and debtor management.
- You handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- You gather valuable signals and insights from the market and actively share them with Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
