As a Digital Content Producer, you will be at the heart of Nike’s digital ecosystem across EMEA. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of content production for all Nike-owned channels (including Nike.com, the Nike App, NTC, NRC, SNKRS, and Email) guiding projects smoothly from the initial execution brief all the way to final publishing.
In this role, you will lead cross-channel and cross-functional production lifecycles. You will act as the crucial liaison for creative approvals of campaign materials and seasonal projects, obsessing over processes and timelines to ensure flawless execution.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment, connecting daily with digital product and marketing functions such as Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, and Marketing Operations. Additionally, you will partner closely with NDDC functions within Digital Operations, regional teams across EMEA, and Global teams.

Your daily responsibilities:
- End-to-end content production: Track and manage day-to-day processes from production to publishing on Nike digital channels, acting as a center of excellence for channel execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality content processing and campaign alignment.
- Hands-on execution: Actively execute and publish content across channels to support your team and ensure seamless digital experiences.
- Stakeholder communication: Deliver clear production pitch-backs and updates to digital brand marketing and operations teams for both small projects and major campaign launches.
- KPI tracking: Responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on content production KPIs.
- Capability roll-out: Collaborate closely with the Channel Excellence Team to support the enablement and rollout of new digital tools, capabilities, and automated processes.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
