Operator 3-shifts

Are you an experienced operator in the food industry and ready for the next step? At Solina in Nieuw-Vennep, you will work together with a great team to create the tastiest sauces and marinades. As a full-time operator in the cooking and mixing department, you will combine your technical skills with the highest standards of quality. You will start directly with a 7-month contract and a gross monthly salary of up to €2.850, excluding shift allowance!

As an operator at Solina, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available full-time for the 3-shift rotation
• You have your own transport to get to Nieuw-Vennep
• You speak either Dutch or English
• You have at least 2 years of experience in machine operation

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Initially, you will focus mainly on the 'Cooking & Mixing' department, where the foundation for the sauces and marinades is laid. You will operate the machines independently and intervene when necessary.

The fixed working hours in the 3-shift rotation are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 14:00 to 23:00, or from 22:00 to 07:00. On top of your basic hourly wage, you will receive a 25% shift allowance for the hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. Working between 00:00 and 06:00? Then you will benefit from an extra allowance of 50% per hour! This will significantly boost your monthly salary.

• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the production lines

• Converting and changeover of the installations according to schedule
• Keeping your own workspace clean and safe
