Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for continuous improvement and operational structure? As a Supply Chain Specialist within the Process Excellence & Governance team (EMEA), you will play a key role in optimizing Nike's logistics network. You will ensure Nike's supply chain processes are efficient, scalable, and built for the future, helping them deliver the best experience to athletes and consumers across the region.

€21-€28 gross based on experience

You will bring:

  • Expertise: Solid experience in supply chain operations, logistics planning, and/or inventory management.
  • Cross-functional background: Proven track record of working successfully across different business functions and managing diverse stakeholder interests.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to perform scenario planning and translate data into actionable logistical solutions.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between long-term planning and daily operational execution. Your focus will be on process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights.

You will operate within a matrix environment, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, including:
- planning and commercial teams
- Nike technology & supply chain analytics (leveraging data and digital tools)
- operational excellence teams

  • Process Excellence & Governance: Analyze current supply chain workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive initiatives to elevate operational efficiency.
  • Pre-season & in-season operations: Support both pre-season planning and in-season execution, aligning logistics with Nike's fast-paced product and retail cycles (Sports Offense).
  • Scenario planning & inventory management: Utilize scenario planning to proactively respond to market shifts and optimize inventory health.
  • Account-facing collaboration: Act as a reliable supply chain partner for specific accounts, ensuring an agile and highly responsive service delivery (Responsive MSC).

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
