To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you, as a warehouse employee, meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You speak either Dutch or English.
• You have your own means of transportation.
• You have proven experience operating a forklift.
• You have experience with (or knowledge of) operating an overhead crane.

In the role of warehouse employee, you are the essential link that keeps the logistics process running smoothly. Every day, you can be found operating the forklift and working with the overhead crane. Your tasks as a warehouse worker are highly diverse:

• You load and unload trucks in a fixed, logical sequence, unwrapping the tarpaulins from the trucks in the process.
• You carefully check the loading documents and independently determine the most efficient loading order.
• You neatly prepare (packaged) aluminium profiles and the accompanying documents in the shipping hall.
• You move materials for production, the warehouse, and scrap processing.
• You complete safety checklists and, together with your team, ensure a tidy, accident-free workplace.

You'll start working as a warehouse employee at Hydro in Drunen, specifically within the dynamic Loading & Shipping department. The atmosphere here is open and collaborative. Formally, you will report to the shift supervisor, and informally, you will be guided by the team leader expedition. You will work closely and have regular contact with operators, truck drivers, and the press crew. In short: a lively work environment where your efforts are truly valued!

• A fixed surcharge of 22% on all your worked hours.
• Travel allowance: You receive €0.23 per km.
• You work as a warehouse employee in 2 shifts: 07:00 - 15:30 & 15:30 - 00:00.
