Hi! Are you technically skilled, quality-minded, and do you enjoy working with food? At Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you will work as an operator on the day shift. You will help prepare fresh sandwiches for international airlines – which will soon be served thousands of feet up in the air. A tasteful and responsible job in a modern production environment where teamwork and passion are key.

You have an MBO level 2 qualification (or equivalent vocational background) and enjoy working with machinery in a clean and safe environment. You know the basics of HACCP, have good arithmetic skills, and are meticulous when filling out forms. You speak either Dutch or English and have your own transport, as your shift starts at 06:30 AM – making public transport difficult at that time.

Qizini is open 7 days a week, meaning you will occasionally work weekends and have 2 days off during the week instead. This ensures a great work-life balance.

• You are available full-time for day shifts, including weekends.

• You do not wear jewelry, piercings, nail polish, fake nails, false eyelashes, perfume, or deodorant.

Together with your colleagues, you prepare fresh sandwiches every day for use on airplanes, in supermarkets, and at gas stations. Fresh, sustainable products are used, and work is carried out according to strict hygiene regulations. The sandwiches are topped by hand, but packed by a machine. As an operator at Qizini in Alphen aan den Rijn, you ensure that quality is guaranteed and that the sandwiches leave the facility properly packaged.

• Setting up and converting machines to different product and packaging formats.
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions to keep production running smoothly.
• Contributing to keeping the machines and the workplace clean.

Qizini was founded in 2011 from a merger between Johma Sandwiches and Greencore Netherlands. With that background, they have been making the most delicious sandwiches for you for more than 20 years! Their specialties include daily fresh wraps and sandwiches, as well as paninis to bake at home.

• Wearing a face mask is required while working;
• You must be able to apply for a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct);
• Stable full-time job. Entirely in day shifts with the opportunity for a permanent contract;
• Monthly salary of €2832.- including a 6.1% ATW (irregular hours) allowance;
• You will automatically participate in the Randstad pension scheme from your very first day of work.
