To become a warehouse employee at GXO, we ask for the following:

• You are fluent in the English language.
• You have your own transport to reach the location in Rijsbergen.
• You are available 40 hours per week.
• You are available to work the day shift from 08:00 to 17:00.
• You are physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
• You are handy with basic tools.
• You are available to start within a month.

Within this so-called AIC project, no two days are the same. One day you might help set up the facility (such as taping location markers on the floor), and the next day you will be focused on the logistics process: picking, packing, sealing, and labeling.

The real focus of your role, however, lies in the technical assembly of server racks. You will ensure that the cables inside these server racks are perfectly connected. Thanks to your precision, when someone searches for something on Google later, they will get the right answer instantly! In this role, quality always comes before quantity.

• Technical assembly: This is the core focus of your role. You will meticulously connect the cables within the Google server racks to ensure all systems function flawlessly.
• All-round warehouse operations: You are fully integrated into the logistics process, handling picking, packing, sealing, and labeling.
• Building together: You will help set up the brand-new facility, doing tasks like taping the correct location markings onto the floor.
