Reach truck driver

Hi! Great that you're interested in the position of reach truck driver! 🤩 Do you have experience with a reach truck and do you hold a valid certificate 🚜, or has your certificate expired? No worries, you can get it again through Randstad. 🎓 Furthermore, are you available for 32 or 40 hours from Sunday through Friday from 16:00 to 00:00? 🌙 And you don't mind working in cold storage at 3 degrees 🧊 and a freezer at -20? ❄️ Then you are the reach truck driver we are looking for at Bidfood in Poeldijk! 🚛✨

To qualify as a reach truck driver, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have your own transport to get to work in Poeldijk.
• You are available from 16:00 to 00:00 from Sunday through Friday.
• You are available at least 2 Sundays per period.
• You have demonstrable experience working on a reach truck.
• You are willing to work in cold storage or the freezer.

You arrive on location and go straight upstairs where you get changed. 🧥✨ Then, you clock in and get to work as a reach truck driver. 🚜 You work with orders that you pick using voice picking. 🎧 Because you drive the reach truck, you handle all the high-level orders. 🪜 You do this in the dry dock (around 17 degrees 🌡️), cold storage (around 3 degrees 🧊) & freezer (around -18 ❄️).

Your shift is usually finished around 00:00 🌙, but sometimes there is more work or a lot of people are off sick, so it might run over a bit. 🕒 Of course, you will be properly paid for this! 💰✅

• You handle inventory management.
• You will process incoming goods.
• You help colleagues by preparing items for the order pickers.

Bidfood is a large wholesaler in the foodservice industry! 🍽️✨ They have 16 locations in the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. 🤝 Bidfood delivers fresh products to as many as 25,000 customers throughout the Netherlands! 🚛🥦

Allowances:
19:00 - 22:00: 25% extra 📈
22:00 - 00:00: 50% extra 💰
00:00 - 04:00: 50% extra 🌙
04:00 - 06:00: 25% extra 🌅

Saturday: Between 50% and 100% extra 🗓️
Sunday (00:00 - 22:00): 100% extra! 🤑

Working in the cold:
Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius: € 0.55 gross per hour extra 🧊
Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius: € 1.26 gross per hour extra ❄️🧤

• Lots of extra allowances!
• Informal work atmosphere with fun extras.
• Travel allowance: € 0.23 per kilometer. Only paid out for more than 10 km one way and up to 25 km.
