Reachtruck Operator - DAF Trucks

For DAF's Central Receiving Warehouse (COM), we are looking for experienced reach truck drivers. Within this warehouse, four logistics teams handle tasks such as receiving, inspecting, putting away, and high-level picking of a wide variety of truck parts. This can involve both heavy pallets and small products.

• You have a valid reach truck certificate, or yours has recently expired;
• You have at least 2 years of experience driving a reach truck;
• You speak and read Dutch well, or you are willing to learn;
• You can work well under pressure.

All picked parts are supplied from the warehouse to DAF's Engine Factory or Truck Factory and used directly in production. It is therefore crucial that the work is carried out accurately and on time, ensuring that the production process experiences no delays.

You will join a professional organization and a fixed team where you and your colleagues rotate duties. An instructor will guide you during your onboarding. Following this training period, your tasks will gradually expand until you are completely all-round and able to work at any station. Finding the right balance between quality and speed is essential in this job.
