Assembly Supervisor

At Alfen, we are looking for an Assembly Supervisor who knows how to get things done! For the role of supervisor, your attitude is the most important thing. We are looking for someone we can rely on and who is a strong communicator. In addition, we recognize the following in you:

• You have at least one year of experience on an assembly line in a technical production environment.
• You have at least one year of experience as a manager.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week) for the long term.
• You are physically fit and enjoy getting your hands dirty.

As a supervisor, you are the linchpin of our charging station assembly line. While you actively participate in production yourself, you also maintain an overview of the entire team. You support the area supervisor and ensure that the production schedule is met, all without losing sight of quality.

• You guide and motivate colleagues on the line.
• You check the quality of the assembled charging stations.
• You maintain safety, order, and cleanliness in the workplace.
• You are the first point of contact for questions or minor technical issues.

Alfen is located at the De Vaart business park in Almere. We specialize in innovative products within the electricity and energy storage sectors, with electric vehicle charging stations being one of our best-known products. • You work at Alfen from Monday to Friday, so you are free on the weekends!
• The working hours are from 7:45 to 16:15.
• The place is easily accessible by both private and public transport.
