Safety Health Quality officer

As a SHEQS (Safety Health Environment Quality Security) Officer, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards within our laboratory, Pilot Plant, kitchens, and offices. This role is crucial for ensuring best practices, conducting audits, and maintaining robust R&D quality systems throughout the product innovation lifecycle.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SHEQS Officer to support our teams in achieving and maintaining top-tier standards.

• You hold a BSc degree in Quality applied Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• You are available until 30 April 2027.
• You have a working level of English.
• You possess experience in MS Office (Excel) and digital platforms.
• You are a team player with excellent communication and influencing skill.

In this role, you will be a key member of our operations team, driving an integrated SHEQS approach. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring compliance with Unilever standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Developing and maintaining SHEQS systems and standards.
• Conducting SHEQS audits and risk assessments.
• Managing data quality and SHEQS records.
• Onboarding new employees and third parties on SHEQS procedures.
• Advising and coaching colleagues on SHEQS compliance.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective work instructions and procedures.

You will be working within a dynamic operational environment, reporting to the Site Operations Manager. You will collaborate with multiple teams to uphold the highest levels of SHEQS performance across the organization, contributing to robust R&D data and innovation.
