To qualify as a forklift driver, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You speak English;
• You can work in Bergen op Zoom;
• You have your own transport to travel to the location;
• You are available full-time in a 2-shift system;
• You have experience operating a forklift;
• You have a valid forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one again.

As a forklift driver at H. Essers in Bergen op Zoom, you are the indispensable link in the logistics chain. With your precision, you effortlessly maneuver the forklift through the warehouse to load, unload, and place goods in the right spot. Additionally, you are happy to roll up your sleeves for various warehouse tasks, such as accurately labeling products.

• You effortlessly combine operating a forklift or reach truck with all-round warehouse duties, such as carefully sealing and labeling shipments.
• You are responsible for the internal transport flow, skillfully moving goods from one rack to another.
• You load and unload trucks with various loads, ranging from drums and IBCs to bagged goods, while always maintaining control.
• You work in a professional environment with chemical agents, acting strictly according to safety protocols for responsible storage.
• As a true team player, you feel responsible for the entire process and, together with your colleagues, ensure a clean and organized workplace.
