We are looking for an extraverted, proactive, and initiative-rich student who isn't afraid to take ownership of their tasks.
- You are currently enrolled in a technical degree program, such as Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- You have a high level of technical affinity and are comfortable reading and understanding technical documents.
- You are a master of Excel, specifically with formulas, data handling, and structured tables.
- You are fluent in English, as this is the primary language used within the team.
- You have a high attention to detail and work in a structured manner.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical knowledge and administrative excellence. You will support the team by organizing technical standards and managing documentation processes. The workload is balanced at approximately 70% administrative tasks and 30% engineering-focused data handling. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating and structuring engineering data and information.
- Assisting with tank shell capacity calculations and replacement value assessments.
- Conducting research on relevant technical standards and summarizing key requirements.
- Preparing and editing professional reports and presentations using MS Office tools.

- Team: You will be part of a close-knit team of four people. You are currently the only working student in the department.
