You are a Technical Operator who takes initiative and works well in a team. You have a technical background and you are motivated to deliver the best quality every single day.
- You have experience as an operator or a technical background.
- You speak and read English (company language).
- You work accurately and have a feeling for quality.
- You live in (or near) the Eindhoven area.
As a Technical Operator you are in charge of your own workstation or part of the production line. You work with highly automated machines and ensure that production orders are completed on time.
- Set up, operate, and clean the production machines.
- Monitor the process and fine-tune settings where needed.
- Perform soldering (rework), manual assembly, and product testing.
